1-How long it takes to build a website?

5 days from the date of  payment, your website is on line and finished. And free updates are possible within 30 days from the date of your first payment.

Free updates because we want to make sure if the client is satisfied for the work we have done.

The 30 days from the date of payment is a bonus we give to our client to freely update his website without paying any fee.

2-What must I do so that you can start building my website?

You need to contact us but you should prepare the content of your website or the text and pictures if necessary. Your website is declared finished once all your first content ( pictures, text...) has been uploaded and once you have accepted the design proposed to you.

3- Do you register and host the domain names?

Yes, we do. Our hosting service provides you a very good bandwidth going from 1000MB/Month allocated to your Cpanel. The disc space depends on the package you select. You have the package from R10/Month.

4. What can happen if I delay to pay after my site has been done?

Your website will be suspended if you dont pay before the date due. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of the service within 15days. For more details read our terms of service 

 5- Do you provide technical support to your customers?

 Yes we do. We used to support our customers in the following ways:

-Knowing how to use the webmail. We mean sending and receiving mails using your own webmail.

-Submitting your website to different search engines for advertising.

-Advanced support in how to maintain by yourself your own web pages. Other supports are not listed here.

 6- Do you also provide some softwares that are very easy to build a website without html knowledge?

Yes. R470 only, you have access to our software RVSITE BUILDER incorporated in your C panel. This will help you to design easily and on line a professional website of your dreams. Please see our

price list.

7- Can I use RVSITE BUILDER directly without your permission?

You can not, If you do so, the work or the file will be deleted without any notice. You need to have the permission by paying R470.

1]can i get website with advertising space?
Yes, it depends on the category you select

2]it is easy to design it myself?
Yes, easy if you are trained, please see ATS. But, if you pay 470.00 you have access to the software you can use to build your website if you can follow the tutorial.

3]it is R300 only or there are any additional cost?

R300, is for a professional website including a domain registration, you will be paying R75 per month for hosting if you pay the normal price from R1000, you will be paying R40 per month for 700MB of disc space, please read more here

4]can i also design or add newsletter as a part of the deal[R300] or i have to pay additional costs?
All things you have to do it once off, after building your website, you will be charged R200 for each update, but if you know how to maintain your site, you will do it by yourself.

Update= changing in your website pictures, text, videos and pages not the design or the configuration of your website.

5) Can you update a website that has not been designed by you?

Yes, we can.

First we will evaluate the original  price of the website and we charge you half.

Eg: if we say that your website costs R4000 to design it, we charge you as follows:

First global update: R2000

And other : R200 per update.

6]where and how can i make payment?
You pay because you receive an invoice, the payment details will be mentioned in the invoice.

7]there will be a legal contract between us? if yes, what kind of?
Most of the time, our invoice is our contract, but a special contract can be written if we or you judge it necessary.

8) Do you advertise though Google?

Yes, we can advertise your website using Google Adwords, please, read more here.
